Translate complex business needs into actionable technical specifications for large-scale application development.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to align goals and translate technical concepts into business language.
• Lead discussions between developers and architects to reconcile business requirements with technical constraints.
• Partner with development, QA, and infrastructure teams to ensure on-time, in-scope delivery.
• Analyze project data to extract insights that drive decision-making and determine build vs. buy strategies.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives and mentor junior BAs.

Required Skills

• Minimum 15+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role.
• 10 years of experience developing technical designs for large-scale application projects.
• Expertise in reviewing technical designs and specifications for accuracy and quality conformance.
• Strong experience in responsive design application development, focusing on human-centric solutions.
• Proficiency in process modeling tools for creating flowcharts, data models, and BPDs.
• Knowledge of Agile, DevOps, and current software development best practices.
• Strong analytical skills to assess complex issues and make data-driven decisions.
• Familiarity with industry standards, including legacy and emerging technologies.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Experience mentoring junior analysts.
