Description

You will act as a hands-on analyst for Institutional and Personal Retirement Technology within an Agile environment.

Responsibilities

• Document business requirements for data-heavy and transmission-related projects.
• Partner with technical teams to design technical flows and solutions.
• Review and analyze data needs when working with unfamiliar source systems.
• Manage project workflows and requirements tracking within JIRA.

Required Skills

• 6-10+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst.
• Proven experience as a data analyst with strong SQL skills.
• Direct experience working with inbound and outbound transmissions.
• Deep understanding of 401k retirement products.
• Background working within Wealth Management technology organizations.
• Experience operating in a SAFe Agile environment.
• Proficiency using JIRA for requirement management.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Equity Awards products.
• Experience working with mainframe applications.
