Analyze, optimize, and implement e-commerce solutions within the airline domain.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Conduct requirement gathering and documentation, including BRDs and Functional Specification Documents.
• Map user journeys by defining personas, user flows, and use cases.
• Manage agile workflows by writing user stories and collaborating with product owners in Scrum sprints.
• Perform gap analysis and impact assessments to identify system deficiencies.
• Identify and resolve issues in booking flows, payment failures, and system integrations.

Required Skills

• 4+ years of experience in business analysis.
• Proficiency in writing Business Requirement Documents and Functional Specification Documents.
• Experience with RESTful APIs and SOAP.
• Ability to execute SQL queries to analyze user data.
• Knowledge of mobile app testing using Appium, Selenium, or Espresso.
• Understanding of cross-platform testing across different devices, OS versions, and screen sizes.
• Familiarity with mobile platforms including iOS, Android, React Native, Flutter, and Xamarin.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of airline Passenger Service Systems (PSS), NDC, and One Order.
• Experience with airline booking engines, ticketing systems, and frequent flyer program integrations.
