Responsibilities

• Define system scope and objectives for complex projects.
• Facilitate communication between business users and technologists.
• Evaluate business processes to recommend solutions for system issues.
• Support system change processes from requirements gathering through implementation.
• Identify technical risks and their potential impact on the business environment.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of relevant experience in business or data analysis.
• Proficiency with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Hands-on experience using Jira and Confluence.
• Advanced Microsoft Office Suite skills.
• Strong data analysis and methodical problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for stakeholder management.
• Ability to assess risk and ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

Preferred Skills

• Experience coaching junior analysts.
• Ability to manage multiple activities under pressure.
