Description

Support the NC FAST program using the IBM Cúram Business Application Suite by designing solutions, analyzing processes, and managing requirements.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Document business processes, issues, value levers, metrics, and capabilities.
• Conduct gap analysis and develop business and functional requirements specifications.
• Design business solutions and assist with user acceptance testing.
• Translate technical concepts for both technical personnel and non-IT business users.
• Support system go-live activities including conversion, support desk, and training delivery.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience designing within the IBM Cúram software suite.
• 7+ years of experience with Cúram Case Management functionality and social security business processes.
• 7+ years of experience in business process analysis using Use Cases and process flows.
• 7+ years of experience in Cúram gap analysis and mapping techniques.
• 7+ years of experience in problem identification and technical issue resolution.
• 7+ years of experience translating highly technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• 7+ years of experience independently identifying and developing solutions.
• Strong ability to establish and maintain effective customer relationships.
• Any Graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• Cúram V6 Certification.
• Experience in business application consulting or development.
• Ability to organize and follow complex technical and financial procedures.
