Own the requirement gathering, analysis, and documentation lifecycle for GRC and IT governance projects.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze business requirements, managing stakeholders and users during requirement workshops.
• Conduct impact and gap analyses to guide technical and vendor teams.
• Design and map processes and use cases to document system architecture.
• Monitor compliance, ensuring adherence to established frameworks, policies, and standards.
• Validate and aggregate source data for accuracy and develop baseline metrics.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in GRC, IT governance, and risk management.
• Proficiency with FFIEC, ITIL, COBIT, IAM, and MFA frameworks.
• Experience with requirement elicitation, analysis, and documentation within the SDLC.
• Expertise in process and use case mapping.
• Proficiency using Tableau, SharePoint, ServiceNow, and Archer.
• Strong analytical skills for articulating complex ideas between business lines and development teams.
• Undergraduate degree in any discipline.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with CISSP and CRISC certifications.
