Description

You will drive documentation, testing, and implementation for key ERP projects. You facilitate sessions with IT and business SMEs to review and document core processes. You create Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) by reviewing existing documentation for completeness and accuracy. You collaborate with Project Managers and IT to build solutions for dynamic, self-service document retrieval. You gather requirements and deliver technical and functional documentation.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate requirements gathering sessions with technical and business leads.
• Develop and document project methodology, policies, and procedures.
• Manage the documentation lifecycle from initial gathering through implementation.
• Build solutions for self-service document retrieval in collaboration with IT.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in a Business Analyst role.
• Hands-on experience with NAV, Odoo, Dynamics 365, or Business Central.
• Proven ability to document Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Experience facilitating requirements sessions with technical and business leads.
• Experience developing project methodology and policy documentation.
• Any Graduate degree.
