Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and technology teams to deliver effective investment accounting solutions.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and document business processes, translating them into detailed functional requirements and specifications for technical teams.
• Solicit requirements using walk-throughs, document analysis, storyboards, use case scenarios, and workflow analysis.
• Verify that implemented solutions meet all documented requirements and business objectives.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and recommend alternative solutions to ensure timely delivery of key project milestones.
• Collaborate with both Agile and Waterfall teams across all project phases to ensure requirement traceability and consistency.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of experience as a Business Analyst within the Capital Markets or Investment domain.
• Deep understanding of investment accounting systems, specifically Eagle Star.
• Hands-on experience with the STAR data model and the ability to pull data on an ad hoc basis.
• Proficiency in SQL for data analysis tasks.
• Working knowledge of Agile tools including JIRA and Rally (Agile Central).
• Strong analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving capabilities.
• Ability to communicate complex or sensitive information to stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
• Bachelor's degree.
