You will bridge the gap between business needs and technical execution within the financial services domain.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Gather and document detailed business and functional requirements from stakeholders.
• Perform complex data analysis across multiple systems to generate insights and validate data.
• Develop source-to-target data mappings and define specific transformation logic.
• Create user stories and manage requirement traceability within Agile practices.
• Conduct stakeholder interviews and workshops to define technical specifications.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in the financial services domain.
• Proficiency in SQL and Python for data validation and reporting.
• Experience analyzing investment performance, asset allocation, and attribution.
• Strong knowledge of asset management, including holdings and investment strategies.
• Experience working within Agile methodologies, specifically Agile Scrum.
• Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, or Azure DevOps.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Domain expertise in Cards and Payments.
• Knowledge of financial systems such as FactSet or Bloomberg.
