Description

Act as the business liaison to define, document, and analyze healthcare business processes and information systems.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Solicit, review, and analyze business requirements to create detailed technical documentation.
• Validate that technical solutions meet specific business needs and enterprise standards.
• Collaborate with engineering and operations teams to deliver high-quality system solutions.
• Consult with users and technology specialists to refine business processes.
• Provide technical support to develop cost-effective systems that meet user requirements.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience within the US healthcare industry.
• Deep understanding of X12 data formats, specifically 834, 837, and 820 standards.
• Hands-on experience with EDI transactions and response file processing flows.
• Knowledge of the CMS Submission Process.
• Proficiency in Business Analysis and HL7 standards.
• Experience managing requirements throughout the software development lifecycle.
