Description

You will engage with business leaders to define data-driven strategies that improve efficiencies and add value. You will translate these strategies into concrete use cases for product and process improvements. Acting as the bridge between Business Relationship Managers, stakeholders, and IT Product Owners, you will develop and own the business requirements for system changes.

Responsibilities

• Analyze data trends to identify business problems and develop actionable recommendations.
• Collaborate with IT Product Owners and managers to define and document business requirements.
• Drive the business agenda throughout the solution delivery process.
• Resolve incidents based on specific business needs and manage change requests.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a related functional role.
• Strong ability to analyze data and trends to solve business problems.
• Experience collaborating with IT Product Owners and Business Relationship Managers.
• Familiarity with data analysis tools and data modeling methodologies.
• Understanding of systems, software, and technological concepts.
• Experience with incident and change management processes.
• Demonstrated problem-solving and detail-oriented approach.
