Responsibilities

• Analyze and summarize data trends to support organizational decision-making.
• Assist in preparing project plans to meet defined business objectives.

• Prepare technical reports by collecting and analyzing relevant information.
• Suggest and implement process improvements to optimize current workflows.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in business analysis or related roles.
• Proven ability to evaluate business issues and procedures.
• Experience developing and managing project plans.
• Proficiency in tools and methodologies for trend identification and risk assessment.
• Strong technical reporting and data summarization skills.
• Ability to perform forecasting and pattern recognition.
• Effective communication skills for cross-departmental collaboration.

• Guidance on financial plans involving estate planning, insurance, tax, and investments.
