Description

You will manage project lifecycles and bridge the gap between end users and software development teams.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage project timelines, costs, and support activities using the Tollgate process.
• Gather requirements from end users for modernization and enhancement projects.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog grooming, daily stand-ups, demos, and retrospectives.
• Review user stories and coordinate directly with software development teams.
• Execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with end users and validate results in the production environment.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience as a Business Analyst.
• Proven experience working within Software Development environments.
• Deep understanding of Agile processes and methodologies.
• Experience managing project documentation and status reporting.
• Ability to lead program planning calls and priority setting.
• Experience performing UAT and production validation.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate qualification.
