Description

You will analyze business processes and collaborate with architects to deliver end-to-end SAP functional and technical solutions in Erlanger, KY.

Responsibilities

• Develop and document functional specifications for reports, interfaces, conversions, enhancements, forms, and workflows (RICEFW).
• Conduct fit/gap analysis and design decisions, ensuring deviations from standard functionality have business justification.
• Perform system configuration work and partner with development teams to ensure technical delivery aligns with functional specifications.
• Participate in end-to-end design workshops and contribute to the deployment of integrated solutions.
• Support project transitions to the support organization through documentation, knowledge transfer, and technical escalation resolution.

Required Skills

• 3–5 years of experience in one or more SAP modules.
• Minimum of two full-lifecycle SAP deployments.
• Deep knowledge of SAP solutions including Accounts Payable, tax integration, invoice verification, material/vendor master data, and purchase order management.
• Experience managing key integration areas across Finance, Supply Chain, and Manufacturing.
• Strong process management and analytical skills.
• Ability to communicate technical and non-technical information to all levels of the organization.
• Bachelor's degree.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with S/4HANA.
