You translate logistics business requirements into actionable technical specifications for development teams.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Translate logistics business needs into detailed Jira user stories.
• Create process flows using Lucidchart or Visio.
• Facilitate cross-time-zone meetings to drive alignment between global business and technical teams.
• Bridge the gap between Subject Matter Experts and development teams.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst.
• Strong knowledge of ERP Logistics, including inbound and outbound processes.
• Proficiency in Jira.
• Experience with Lucidchart or Visio for workflow documentation.
• Ability to support flexible work hours for PST morning and EMEA overlap.
• Any Graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with SAP, Oracle, or other major ERP platforms.
• Familiarity with WMS, supply chain systems, or SDLC methodologies.
