Description

You will manage and optimize ERP systems to improve manufacturing operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Lead ERP implementation and configuration tailored to production, inventory, quality control, and procurement.
• Map manufacturing processes to define requirements and design workflows that align with business objectives.
• Develop ERP reports and dashboards to monitor production efficiency, inventory levels, and order fulfillment.
• Manage ERP-related projects, including upgrades, module rollouts, and vendor coordination.
• Act as a liaison between IT and production teams to provide end-user training and support.

Required Skills

• 15+ years of experience in ERP systems and manufacturing modules.
• Strong proficiency in SQL and data analysis tools.
• Hands-on experience with SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics.
• Deep understanding of production planning and material management.
• Knowledge of manufacturing workflows, including lean manufacturing and supply chain management.
• Ability to translate complex manufacturing processes into technical ERP solutions.
• Experience managing system updates and troubleshooting with third-party vendors.
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Certifications in SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics.
• Experience with Six Sigma methodologies.
