Description

You will bridge the gap between business needs and technical execution through detailed requirement analysis and system specifications.

Responsibilities

• Author business and system requirement analyses, functional specifications, business process flows, traceability matrices, and risk analyses.
• Conduct Agile ceremonies including Daily Scrums, Sprint Planning, Backlog refinement, and Product PI Planning.
• Facilitate collaborative workshops such as JAD sessions, GAP analysis, and Change Management walkthroughs with executives, developers, and stakeholders.
• Produce system design elements including data migration rules, business rules, wireframes, mockups, and workflows.
• Manage budgets and report status to PMO, Program, and Technology management.
• Collaborate with the Scrum Capability Owner to ensure the sprint backlog contains balanced, comprehensive user stories.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in business or systems analysis.
• Proficiency in JAD sessions and GAP analysis.
• Experience with Change Management and Product PI Planning.
• Ability to perform Backlog refinement and risk analysis.
• Experience reviewing Test Strategies and Test Plans from a Black Box testing perspective.
• Skill in gathering product feedback from internal stakeholders and external customers.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, Information Technology, or equivalent professional experience.
