Description

You will bridge the gap between business stakeholders and technical teams to deliver Salesforce implementations and enhancements.

Responsibilities

  • Elicit, analyze, and document business requirements through stakeholder interviews, workshops, and meetings.
  • Translate business needs into functional specifications, user stories, process flows, and use cases using Confluence and SharePoint.
  • Execute end-to-end quality assurance, including functional, regression, integration, and usability testing within Salesforce environments.
  • Manage tasks, user stories, and defects using Jira.
  • Collaborate with architects and developers to troubleshoot issues, verify fixes, and participate in defect triage.

Required Skills

  • 5+ years of experience in business analysis and quality assurance roles.
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce as an administrator or developer, including configuration of custom objects, fields, workflows, and validation rules.
  • Deep understanding of the Salesforce data model, data migration, cleansing, and integrity best practices.
  • Experience working in Agile environments, participating in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
  • Knowledge of Salesforce integration patterns, APIs, and middleware.
  • Proficiency in Jira, Confluence, GitHub, and M365.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Ability to customize Salesforce solutions without code.

Preferred Skills

  • Proficiency in Tableau, PowerBI, or SQL.
  • ISTQB certification.
  • Experience with wireframing tools such as Figma.
