Description

You will own the end-to-end requirement lifecycle from project inception through deployment.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Gather and manage requirements, creating and maintaining all necessary business artifacts.
• Facilitate requirement analysis sessions with diverse stakeholder groups.
• Develop visual diagrams using UML to document processes.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure project alignment and successful delivery.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in requirement gathering and management.
• Proficiency with MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Experience creating visual diagrams using UML.
• Working knowledge of Agile methodologies.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Bachelor’s degree or 3-5 years of related experience in a technical environment.

Preferred Skills

• Experience using JIRA and other project management applications.
• Background working in State or Federal Government environments.
• Knowledge of UI/UX design principles and development.
