Description

You will manage the end-to-end requirements lifecycle to bridge the gap between stakeholder needs and technical implementation.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Elicit and analyze stakeholder business needs using diverse business analysis techniques.
• Convert business needs into verified functional and non-functional requirements for development teams.
• Create and maintain software development artifacts including context diagrams, use cases, swim lane diagrams, and wireframes.
• Manage the Requirements Management Lifecycle, including traceability, baselines, and change control.
• Develop test plans and test cases while coordinating User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with end users.

Required Skills

• 84 months of experience eliciting and analyzing business requirements.
• 84 months of experience creating software development artifacts, report specifications, and UI specifications.
• 60 months of experience managing requirements through the full lifecycle and change control processes.
• 60 months of experience creating test plans and executing UAT.
• 60 months of experience working alongside architects and development teams.
• CBAP certification from the International Institute of Business Analysis (IIBA).
• Java.
