Description

Lead business analysis streams and deliverables for large-scale IT projects, ensuring defined outcomes and process improvements.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Identify, document, and improve business processes, workflows, and value drivers.
• Conduct interviews and workshops to gather and refine business requirements.
• Analyze current capabilities and document as-is processes.
• Support creation and execution of test plans, cases, and validation.
• Assist with change management, stakeholder communications, and adoption planning.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of professional experience as a Business Analyst.
• Proven experience managing end-to-end business analysis for large-scale IT projects.
• Strong understanding of business process modeling, documentation, and analysis techniques.
• Experience in test planning and test execution management.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Visio.
• Experience supporting change management and go-live planning.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid SDLC methodologies.
• Experience with State Government or Public Sector IT projects.
