Description

You will support the Turning Point grant program by ensuring operational effectiveness through data-driven analysis and workflow design.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and document workflows to improve operational effectiveness.
• Track and analyze business unit trends to provide actionable recommendations.
• Lead project requirements gathering, specification, quality assurance, and user efficiency tasks.
• Create reports and dashboards using Power BI and Microsoft applications.
• Maintain project management documentation, guidelines, and procedures.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience in business analysis.
• Proficiency in Power BI and Power Query.
• Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables.
• Ability to use Python for data analysis and programming tasks.
• Experience with Data Science methodologies.
• Experience extracting data through advanced search functions and transitioning it into reporting tables.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Data Science, Information Technology, or Business Administration.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of medical terminology or outpatient service settings.
