Description

You will bridge the gap between business requirements and technical execution by documenting client needs and supporting the sales process.

Responsibilities

• Capture functional and non-functional requirements through stakeholder meetings and close collaboration with the sales team.
• Develop detailed feature lists to assist the sales team with project estimations.
• Create and maintain Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Functional Specification Documents (FSD), and SWS.
• Design process workflows, wireframes, use cases, and process diagrams to guide development.
• Act as a primary communication link between business stakeholders and technical teams.

Required Skills

• 2 to 3 years of experience in business analysis or a related role within the IT industry.
• Proficiency in requirement gathering, documentation, and analytical processes.
• Experience creating wireframes, process diagrams, and workflow charts.
• Solid understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
• Ability to produce case studies and functional documentation.
• Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Administration.
• Familiarity with standard business analysis tools.
