Description

You will bridge the gap between customer needs and technical implementation through requirement elicitation and UX design.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Elicit system requirements through direct customer interviews.
• Develop user stories and use cases following business analysis best practices.
• Design wireframes, mockups, and prototypes using Figma.
• Perform business process re-engineering and software process flow improvements.
• Ensure all designs and website elements conform to federal accessibility guidelines.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in business analysis or related roles.
• Documented experience creating wireframes and prototypes in Figma.
• Proficiency with Atlassian Jira for issue tracking.
• Hands-on experience with Modern Requirements management software.
• Deep understanding of Software Development Life Cycles (SDLCs).
• Proven ability to write clear, organized system requirements.
• Experience working with TEA or other state/local education agencies.
• Documented work experience in early childhood care and education.

• Strong facilitation and communication skills.
