Description

Act as the bridge between business and IT development teams to manage requirements and data analysis within financial markets.

Responsibilities

• Gather and validate business requirements, develop specifications, and design test plans.
• Execute data analysis, impact assessments, and gap analysis using structured methodologies.
• Create and maintain technical documentation including functional specifications, data flow diagrams, and data mappings.
• Manage the full Systems Development Lifecycle (SDLC) for financial products.
• Analyze trade flows and lifecycles for Equities and Equities Derivatives.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in a business analysis role.
• Strong proficiency in SQL for data analysis and running complex queries.
• Advanced Excel skills for data analysis and visualization.
• Deep knowledge of Equities and Equities Derivatives trade flows and lifecycles.
• Experience producing Functional Specification documents and Test Plans.
• Strong understanding of data relationships and data mapping.
• Proficiency in MS Office, specifically Word, Excel, Visio, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to communicate technical requirements effectively to both business and IT stakeholders.

Preferred Skills

• Working knowledge of MSSQL and Toad.
