Description

You will analyze medical coding updates and drive system improvements for Medicaid initiatives.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Review and analyze medical coding updates and change requests.
• Collaborate with stakeholders for review and approval processes.
• Support MMIS enhancements and system improvements.
• Participate as a project team member on Medicaid-related initiatives.
• Provide coding expertise and policy recommendations.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in a relevant role.
• Certified Medical Coder (CPC, CCS, or equivalent certification preferred).
• Experience with Medicaid or healthcare payer systems.
• Knowledge of MMIS processes and medical coding standards.
• Strong analytical and documentation skills.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
