You will define business requirements and functional specifications for payment processing systems, ensuring alignment with regulatory standards and stakeholder needs.

Responsibilities

• Define business requirements for real-time payment processing and functional specifications.
• Map ISO 20022 message formats, transaction flows, and system integrations.
• Model business processes using BPMN or UML to visualize workflows.
• Translate complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders and senior management.
• Ensure system compliance with payment processing regulations and standards.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience as a Business Analyst.
• Deep functional knowledge of the ISO 20022 standard and its implementation.
• Hands-on experience with FED, CHIPS, and SWIFT protocols.
• Practical experience with domestic and international payment networks.
• Knowledge of ISO 8583, PCI DSS, AML, and GDPR regulations.
• Proficiency in requirements gathering and functional specification documentation.
• Experience with business process modeling (BPMN, UML).
• Degree in any field of study.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with real-time payment processing systems.
