Responsibilities

• Lead analysis and documentation of business requirements for data governance projects.
• Oversee development and implementation of data governance frameworks and policies.
• Provide expertise in data mapping and integration to ensure seamless data flow across systems.
• Collaborate with technical teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
• Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather and validate business requirements.

Required Skills

• 7 to 9 years of experience in Business Analysis and Planning.
• Deep expertise in Data Governance and Data Governance Functional domains.
• Strong background in CCM - Data Mapping & Integration.
• Proficiency in CCM - Tech Business Analysis and CCM - Generic.
• Proven ability to develop and implement data governance frameworks.
• Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder alignment.
• Experience creating detailed documentation and reporting.
