You will translate complex business needs into functional requirements for large-scale projects within a globally distributed team.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Elicit requirements through interviews, workshops, document analysis, storyboards, and business process analysis.
• Decompose high-level business needs into functional requirements, user stories, and traceability matrices.
• Present solution alternatives to clients and lead requirements validation and prioritization activities.
• Define functional behavior, business rules, and data attributes while managing ambiguous project situations.
• Propose new product features and conduct strategic feasibility studies for client requirements.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in an Analyst role within IT or eBusiness.
• Hands-on involvement in web application development or e-commerce solutions.
• 3-4 years of direct experience in e-commerce projects.
• Experience with enterprise-class e-commerce platforms.
• Understanding of e-commerce internationalization, including multi-language content, country-specific availability, and tax/payment processing.
• Proficiency in Agile development processes and writing effective user stories.
• Ability to use visual analysis models, diagrams, prototypes, or simulations to represent requirements.
• Strong facilitation and communication skills for both business and technical audiences.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of retail, financial services, or CPG industries.
