You will manage the requirements and functional specifications for our Digital Asset Management portfolio.

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain taxonomy and metadata structures for digital assets.
• Collaborate with IS&T teams to align business requirements with technical implementation.
• Produce technical writing, functional documentation, and user guides.
• Conduct training sessions and product demonstrations for stakeholders.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Business Analysis.
• Deep expertise in Digital Asset Management (DAM) systems.
• Proven ability in designing Taxonomy and Metadata frameworks.
• Strong technical writing and documentation skills.
• Experience delivering user training and system demos.
• Ability to work directly with IS&T departments.
• Bachelor's degree in any field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with OneDAM.
