Align business needs with technology, architectural, and product roadmaps through senior-level business analysis.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and document business and user requirements for IT projects and agency requests.
• Manage product and project roadmaps by identifying gaps between business processes and technical solutions.
• Develop Epics, Stories, and tasks while acting as Product Owner within Agile methodologies.
• Communicate complex business processes via workflow diagrams and detailed technical specifications.
• Resolve conflicting requirements by liaising between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in business analysis.
• Proven ability to lead, manage, and direct business systems analysis personnel.
• Experience developing functional and system requirements for application modernization and efficiency.
• Strong knowledge of architectural concepts, principles, and tools for infrastructure and applications.
• Proficiency in Agile methodologies, including backlog management and product ownership.
• Ability to research and document application, data, infrastructure, security, and accessibility requirements.
• Highly developed oral and written communication skills for stakeholder management.
• Strong analytical ability to solve unusual and difficult logic problems.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with IT portfolio management strategies.
