Description

You will analyze and document supply chain, retail order flow, and warehouse management processes to improve order fulfillment efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Map retail order flow, warehouse management, and order fulfillment processes.
• Create component diagrams, flow diagrams, and sequence diagrams to document system logic.
• Analyze supply chain management workflows to optimize operational efficiency.
• Document existing system logic and propose improvements for order fulfillment.

Required Skills

• 4+ years of experience in business analysis.
• Hands-on experience with Blue Yonder WMS (BY WMS).
• Proficiency with Oracle OMS and Order Management Systems.
• Familiarity with IBM Sterling.
• Ability to produce technical diagrams including sequence and flow diagrams.
• Background in supply chain and warehouse management operations.
