Description

Manage the end-to-end requirement lifecycle and bridge communication between business and technology teams.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Gather requirements from stakeholders and secure formal sign-offs for BRD and FRD documents.
• Drive project meetings with business users and technical teams to align on goals and deliverables.
• Analyze data to ensure quality and verify calculation accuracy throughout the project lifecycle.
• Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with the business community to validate solutions.
• Collaborate with onsite and offshore teams from project initiation through post-implementation support.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in business and data analysis.
• Knowledge of TLM (Transaction Lifecycle Management) and match rules.
• Experience with reconciliation processes and the Trade Lifecycle.
• Proficiency in MS Excel for data analysis and reporting.
• Working knowledge of SQL and UNIX for data querying and system interaction.
• Understanding of Agile methodologies and the SDLC.
• Fluency in Spanish to support diverse stakeholder groups.
