Responsibilities

• Lead the discovery phase to define clear project requirements.
• Produce concise technical and functional documentation.
• Operate within Agile and Scrum frameworks to support delivery.
• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and apply Scrum principles.

Required Skills

• 7 to 8 years of experience as a Business Analyst.
• Hands-on experience with the discovery phase.
• Proficiency in technical and functional documentation.
• Working knowledge of Agile methodologies.
• Experience practicing Scrum ceremonies and principles.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate qualification.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in on-site client delivery environments.
