You will translate business requirements into technical specifications, manage reporting lifecycles, and drive process improvements using data analytics.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Partner with leadership and business teams to gather and translate requirements into technical specs.
• Develop recurring production and ad hoc reports, ensuring accuracy and SLA compliance.
• Perform root cause analysis to resolve reporting defects and data integrity issues.
• Automate manual reports and optimize existing dashboards for performance and usability.
• Conduct datamart testing, validation, and trend analysis to identify improvement opportunities.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in business analysis or data reporting.
• Proficiency in SAS and Cognos for report development.
• Experience with Power BI or Tableau for visualization and dashboards.
• Strong data analysis skills with the ability to interpret trends and exceptions.
• Ability to define report scope, metrics, filters, and calculations.
• Experience with root cause analysis and troubleshooting data issues.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience maintaining internal datasets such as vendor KPIs or dialer metrics.
• Familiarity with automating manual reporting processes.
