Description

You will support the deployment and maintenance of serialization technology applications across functional areas.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the SAP Serialization Enterprise Team to architect, design, build, and test custom solutions that integrate with existing SAP systems.
• Partner with US business teams to ensure compliance with Drug Supply Chain Security Act (DSCSA) regulations.
• Write functional specifications, develop test cases, and execute test sets.
• Design and provide functional support for custom reports used in serialization business processes.
• Review architecture documents and diagrams while delivering global serialization program solutions.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience as a Supply Chain or Logistics Business Analyst within the Pharmaceutical or Biotechnology industries.
• Hands-on experience with SAP ATTP, SAP SD, and SAP MM configuration and integration.
• Technical proficiency with SAP ICH, SAP ECC, and SAP PI/CPI.
• Experience with Tracelink, manufacturing/packaging line control systems, and external data sharing platforms.
• Working knowledge of GS1 serialization standards including GTIN, GLN, EPCIS, and 2D Barcoding.
• Direct experience meeting DSCSA regulatory requirements.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and business partnering skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in global solution design for serialization programs.
