Responsibilities

• Assess and analyze business needs of healthcare organizations to support technology transitions.
• Facilitate implementation and migration of technology solutions to improve healthcare delivery.
• Translate clinical requirements into actionable technical specifications.
• Support technology implementation projects within HR and clinical contexts.

Required Skills

• 3 years of experience in business analysis.
• Proficiency in writing Functional Requirement Documents (FRD).
• Experience working within Agile methodologies.
• Background in healthcare or clinical environments.
• Experience managing technology implementations and migrations.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with clinical trials.
