Description

You will lead Agile teams to deliver high-impact projects using feasibility studies, requirement analysis, and change control.

Responsibilities

• Conduct feasibility studies, project costing, and cost-benefit analysis to guide project viability.
• Manage change control and change management processes to ensure smooth IT implementation.
• Prepare stakeholder reports and status updates to maintain transparency across the project lifecycle.
• Apply Waterfall, Agile Scrum, XP, Kanban, and SAFe methodologies to cloud-based infrastructure implementations.
• Lead Agile teams in delivering complex IT projects.

Required Skills

• 15 years of experience in leading Agile teams and delivering complex IT projects.
• Deep expertise in SAFe, Scrum, XP, Kanban, and Waterfall project management frameworks.
• Hands-on experience with Cloud-based infrastructure implementations on AWS and Azure.
• Strong background in requirement analysis, change management, and stakeholder reporting.
• Industry knowledge of automotive, telematics, and infotainment systems.
• Any Graduate education.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in project costing and financial feasibility analysis.
