Description

You will act as the primary liaison between business units and technical teams to ensure project alignment and requirement clarity.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Elicit, document, and manage business requirements, including features, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Decompose user stories into manageable tasks and lead development teams through project execution to resolve technical roadblocks.
• Own the analysis and testing phases, including facilitating user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure quality outcomes.
• Analyze current business processes to identify gaps, recommend improvements, and propose system enhancements.
• Create and maintain project documentation such as use cases, mock-ups, and testing plans.

Required Skills

• 2–3 years of experience in business analysis and identifying IT needs.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Proficiency in requirements gathering and process improvement.
• Experience with agile methodologies and iterative development practices.
• Hands-on experience with backlog management, task creation, and sprint planning.
• Strong analytical thinking to assess complex business processes.
• Ability to articulate technical and business concepts to both technical experts and executive leadership.
• Experience managing stakeholder expectations regarding timelines and deliverables.
