Description

You will manage requirements and process changes for complex IT applications within the rail transport industry, focusing on systems designed for travelers.

Responsibilities

• Elicit requirements through interviews, workshops, surveys, and observations.
• Manage organizational change and process improvements using moderation, mediation, and coaching techniques.
• Coordinate with interface partners and manage stakeholder expectations.
• Ensure all data collection and processing remains compliant with GDPR regulations.

Required Skills

• 2+ years of experience in requirements elicitation and management.
• 2+ years of experience in organizational change management and process consulting.
• 2+ years of experience with project and task tracking using Jira and Confluence.
• 2+ years of experience in regulatory projects involving GDPR compliance.
• Experience working within both V-model and Agile development environments.
• Proficiency with Git for project tracking.
• Business fluent German language skills for project communication.
• Experience in the development and operation of complex IT applications.
• Any Graduate degree.
