You will provide analytical support and domain expertise for online banking and securities systems, ensuring stable production operations and effective business requirement analysis.

Responsibilities

  • Provide application and production support for online banking systems.
  • Execute data analysis and technical troubleshooting using SQL and Unix.
  • Apply domain knowledge in securities and German banking to business processes.
  • Support business requirements through strong analytical methodology.

Required Skills

  • 5 to 10 years of professional experience in business analysis or production support.
  • Proficiency in SQL and PL/SQL.
  • Experience with Unix shell scripting and text processing tools.
  • Deep knowledge of online banking systems.
  • Domain expertise in securities and German banking sectors.
  • Fluency in both German and English.
  • Ability to work in Frankfurt with on-demand travel to the location.
