Description

Drive requirements gathering and Agile delivery for the Customer 360 program.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements into detailed user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Manage Jira boards, including backlog refinement, sprint planning, and task prioritization.
• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to resolve risks and dependencies.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in the IT industry.
• Proven experience as a Business Analyst working in Agile environments.
• Hands-on proficiency with Scrum, Jira, and Agile delivery frameworks.
• Strong SQL skills for data validation and understanding data models.
• Experience translating high-level business needs into functional and technical requirements.
• Bachelor's degree.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with CRM systems, Customer 360, or customer data platforms.
• Experience with data pipelines, cloud platforms, AWS, or Snowflake.
