Description

You will support fiscal, budgetary, and accounting operations for the MN program.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain fiscal operations, processes, policies, and procedures.
• Analyze monthly program expenses, statewide expenditure data, and spend plan data.
• Support the annual agency budget development and present financial project aspects to senior management.
• Monitor contractor performance, manage payments, and resolve contractual disputes.
• Develop performance metrics and targets to promote financial accountability and identify improvement opportunities.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in financial analysis and forecasting.
• 5+ years of experience with Microsoft 365, specifically using Excel pivot tables and complex spreadsheets.
• 5+ years of experience in accounting practices and financial management.
• 5+ years of experience providing customer service to professionals, vendors, and executive staff.
• Strong analytical skills for solving complex business problems.
• Any Graduate degree.
