Description

You will manage fiscal, budgetary, and accounting operations for the MN program.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement fiscal operations, processes, policies, and procedures.
• Support annual agency budget development and review statewide expenditure and spend plan data.
• Perform monthly program and project expense analysis to support executive decision-making.
• Maintain performance metrics to promote financial accountability and identify improvement opportunities.
• Manage external contractor relationships, monitor performance, and ensure contract compliance.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in business analysis or financial operations.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word.
• Strong understanding of budgeting and accounting principles.
• Ability to analyze complex business problems and recommend actionable solutions.
• Experience presenting financial project aspects to senior management.
• Demonstrated ability to manage contractual documents and resolve disputes.
