Description

Analyze HR business processes and manage technical implementations for SuccessFactors and Workforce Management systems.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Analyze HR business processes including recruitment and onboarding.
• Gather and document business requirements for SuccessFactors, Employee Central, and Workforce Management Systems.
• Conduct gap analyses to identify discrepancies between existing processes and system capabilities.
• Develop functional specifications and user stories to define system enhancements.

Required Skills

• Experience configuring and customizing SuccessFactors.
• Experience customizing Employee Central.
• Knowledge of Workforce Management Systems.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Experience with HR operations and business process analysis.
• Ability to perform gap analysis and functional specification development.
• Any graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• Experience executing unit, integration, and user acceptance testing.
• Ability to provide end-user training and support to facilitate system adoption.
