Description

You will perform operational analyses and coordinate project activities across cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Conduct stakeholder interviews and facilitate workshops to gather detailed business requirements.
• Create process maps, workflows, and develop functional specifications.
• Translate complex business needs into actionable user stories and support system enhancements.
• Review and approve analytical findings for presentation to senior management.
• Mentor and guide junior analysts.

Required Skills

• 5 to 8 years of relevant experience in business analysis.
• Bachelor’s degree.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma).
• Ability to lead projects and coordinate across multiple teams.
• Agile.
• Project Management.
• Microsoft Office Suite.

Preferred Skills

• Business process mapping and requirements documentation.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and user story creation.
