Own the requirements lifecycle for banking and AI-driven initiatives, translating business needs into functional specifications.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Gather and document business and functional requirements for banking and AI solutions.
• Develop BRDs, FRDs, user stories, use cases, and acceptance criteria.
• Analyze business processes to identify opportunities for AI/ML, automation, and digital transformation.
• Facilitate UAT, validate business outcomes, and ensure successful deployment of applications.
• Support Agile delivery practices including backlog grooming, sprint planning, and retrospectives.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in Business Analysis.
• Proven track record with Artificial Intelligence and banking domain projects.
• Strong proficiency in Agile methodologies.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with Product Owners, Data Scientists, AI Engineers, and Architects.
• Experience conducting stakeholder interviews and requirement elicitation sessions.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Knowledge of compliance requirements and regulatory standards.

Preferred Skills

• Experience supporting change management and adoption of AI-enabled business processes.
• Background in monitoring project progress against business objectives.
