Description

You will lead client engagement, requirements gathering, and service delivery as a mid-level Business Analyst.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Gather and document business requirements, user stories, use cases, and technical specifications.
• Facilitate communication with US clients and coordinate team activities.
• Lead agile ceremonies and ensure adherence to agile practices.
• Maintain project plans, track progress, and coordinate team efforts.
• Identify risks, develop mitigation strategies, and ensure deliverables meet quality standards.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in business analysis and technical project management.
• Expertise in Scrum Master functions and service delivery.
• Proficiency with JIRA and agile methodologies.
• Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
• Experience in client engagement and stakeholder relationship management.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Computer Science, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• CSM or PSM certification.
