You will bridge business requirements and technical implementation in the banking sector.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Formulate, analyze, and draft functional specifications based on customer requirements.
• Execute FAT and integration tests to ensure solutions integrate properly into Avaloq.
• Coordinate and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) phases with end users.
• Provide level 3 functional support to analyze and resolve production incidents.
• Review existing architectures to identify improvements and propose technical recommendations.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience as a Business Analyst specifically within the banking sector.
• Deep knowledge of wealth management, investments, and financial products.
• Solid understanding of portfolio performance measurements, risk-adjusted performance, and benchmarking.
• Proficiency in SQL query languages and database access tools.
• Experience working with APIs using JSON, XML, Postman, and Swagger.
• Practical experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Ability to lead meetings and workshops involving diverse stakeholder profiles.
• Higher education in Computer Science (University, HEG, Swiss Federal Diploma, EPF) or equivalent training.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with client reporting systems.
• Experience with Private Assets.
