Key Responsibilities
• Gather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements
• Facilitate stakeholder meetings, workshops, and discovery sessions
• Create and refine user stories, acceptance criteria, and backlog items
• Perform data analysis and SQL-based validation activities
• Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and solution validation efforts
• Participate in sprint planning, backlog prioritization, and Agile ceremonies
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Scrum Masters, Developers, and business teams
• Support API integrations and vendor system implementations
• Create reports, dashboards, and business readiness documentation
• Monitor SLA compliance and vendor performance
• Analyze complex business processes and recommend improvements
• Support legacy system decommissioning and modernization initiatives
🔹 Required Skills
✅ 8–10 Years of Business Analyst Experience
✅ Strong SQL and Data Analysis Skills
✅ Agile Methodologies (Scrum, SAFe, Kanban)
✅ Jira, Polarion, User Story Mapping
✅ UAT, Testing, and Validation Experience
✅ API and System Integration Knowledge
✅ Data Visualization and Reporting
✅ Strong Stakeholder Management and Communication Skills
🔹 Preferred Qualifications
⭐ 2–5 Years of Life Insurance / Annuity Experience
⭐ Financial Services Domain Expertise
⭐ Experience Coaching or Mentoring Analysts
⭐ CBAP, BABOK, or Related BA Certifications
